Having got friend in America, i decided to send them a questionnaire to fill out, to get more of an understanding of what they like in relation to interacting with the shows they like, and if they have that available content.
Unfortunately I've only been able to get a few filled out
Although they didn't enter there gender, they where both females, however, looking at the results, and also researching the American re-make of The Inbetweeners, I have that Most US shows, and websites for them, do not offer as much extra content, or interactive elements for its audience to participate with the shows, therefore it comes to no surprise that in the questionnaire results they said they'd like to be more involved within influencing the storyline and characters, whereas in the the UK questionnaires showed us that we are more interested in the extra online content, like the games and apps they provide for us to be involved.
